With colder weather quickly approaching, we now have to worry about the much dreaded chapped lips season. So much to consider. Is it addictive? What brand should I buy? Where did I put it and what is the gooey stuff on the bottom of my purse?
For starters, we can alleviate one concern off the bat. Lip balm has no addictive ingredients. Some people can be sensitive to certain ingredients, though, and have a mild allergic reaction. This can cause dry skin and the urge to reapply, trapping you in a vicious cycle. 2. Aquaphor Healing Ointment– Aquaphor is a “cure all” so of course it made our list. It has no color and is pretty thick in consistency. You will be able to feel it doing it’s work almost immediately after application.
- Neosporin Lip Health Overnight Healthy Lips Renewal Therapy– This overnight lip therapy is nice when it comes to prevention and being proactive. When you feel your lips getting chapped or cracking you can use this product and wake up feeling like a different person.
