At bubb we are always striving to be a better version of ourselves, while helping others. Here are some daily reminders to keep in mind:

1.  Appreciate the relationships in your life, it is easy to take the ones we love for granted. Today, try to keep these people in mind and be kind to those around you, maybe reach out to a friend.
2.  Begin each day with a positive thought. If the day starts on a positive note, it is much easier to keep it going. Mediating, reflecting, or listening to a podcast are some ideas if you feel lost.
3.  I once heard that your space is a reflection of your mind, and find it to be very true. Try to tidy up or organize an aspect of your life. This does not have to be a big project, start small.
4.  Do something you enjoy. As cliché as it sounds, we only get one life. Everyone is guilty of getting caught in the rat race but take some time for YOU! You deserve it.
5.  Most importantly, live life in the present moment. All we really have is right now, as much as we can plan, think, or hope for what is to come in the future, it doesn’t always turn out that way. Take deep breathes and focus your energy on what you can do in the present.
